Our Food
Executive chef Phil Davenport along with head chefs Jan Von Piechowski and Kim Phattharawan have crafted a menu to suit the opulent surrounds of the venue. Our modern Australian cuisine is perfectly executed with a wonderful array of quality steaks without doubt Melbourne’s best Schnitzel, the freshest seafood and some of Phil’s classic dishes from his days at Hugo’s and Ku De Ta from his training under Peter Evans.
The bar menu is also a wonderful option for those who would prefer a more casual experience in the bar.
